It is possible to train your brain to like healthy food. This is the great conclusion of a research led by Tufts University and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Monitoring of brain activity shows that it is possible reverse dependence on junk food. After six months of behaviour analysis, volunteers have no more interest on junk food and other bad eating habits. In the brain’s “reward centre” in facts has been noticed more activity with healthy food.
The team that led the experiment hope to get a diet rich in fibres and low in sugar on the basis of this research.
